On January 10, 2009, neither ice nor snow could keep members of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary from attending their Division 4 2009 Change of Watch! Good food and great fellowship made this event once again a huge success! It was wonderful seeing members of other flotillas all together for a great evening of awards, speeches and just plain fun.
